- Why do I need to register for the store account?
- Registration with our store is not compulsive when you try to buy a product in our store, however it will make your ordering process, tracking process and refund process more convenient. When you log into your account, you will be able to do the following:
• Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase; • Check the status of orders; • View past orders; • Make changes to your account information; • Change your password; • Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends).
- How do I create an account?
- Creating a TablerTV account will facilitate your online shopping procedure. You can simply click here and fill the table with your name, email and your password to create your account
- What if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
- If you have forgotten your password or it does not work, you can reset your password like this: go to the log in page of the store and click “Forgot Your Password”, then you will be asked to write an email address to which we’ll email you the link to reset your password, and you can click it and reset your password.
- How secure is your website?
- By using the most advanced security software, the information stored in our website is protected with 256 bit SSL encryption technology, so it could be ensured that our online store is safe and secure for your online shopping.
- What can I do if there is a problem with my order?

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit card of American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
- Can I add to or cancel an item from my order after I have placed my order?
- It depends on the real situation since the shipment charge might be different once you add or cancel an item from your order. You can contact us by email@example.com for details. However, if your order has already been shipped, then you could not add to or cancel an item from the order. Instead, you can place another order or contact us to return the product and then get refund.
- Why has my card been declined?
- All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the "billing address" section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered here. - Why have you cancelled my order?

- What is your products’ distribution scope, can you deliver it to my country?
- We distributes our products globally and currently we use DHL as our courier, so we can deliver our products to where DHL’s range covers. However, the shipment charge will differ from country to country, or even from city to city. All charges are made for your order in US dollars. Your card provider may apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.
- My order did not go through but why the money has been deducted from my card?
When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we have dispatched your order.
If we do not dispatch your order, we will not charge you and the money will be automatically returned onto your available balance by your Bank.
This usually takes around 3~7 working days but the exact timeframe does depend on your card issuer and your bank.
- What can I do if I have received an incorrect product for my order?
- We do our utmost to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we have sent you the wrong product, you can contact email@example.com for replacement.
- Which courier do you use for international deliveries, and how can I track my order?
- Currently we use DHL as our courier for international deliveries. After you order has been shipped, we will write you an email in which a track number and the track website link will be provided.
- How long can I receive my order?
- Currently we deliver our order by DHL, and the deliver time would be 3~7 days upon successful customs clearance procedure, from the date it has been shipped to the date it has been delivered to the customers. If there is a delay, please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
- How can I contact your couriers?
- We will contact our couriers on your behalf, but we are unable to query the delivery until the expected delivery date has passed. Please contact our Customer Care Team by email@example.com.
- Can I change the delivery address for my order?
- If you want to change your delivery address for your order, please contact our Customer Care Team by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there might be some extra charge from the courier if you had changed your delivery address.
- What is your replacement or return policy?
- For replacement or refund, please contact our support team by email@example.com. Our support team will guide you through the replacement procedure. To request for refund, you need to provide our support team with following information:
• Your user name (if registered) • Your order ID • Quantity of items you want to refund
- If the refund procedure is connected with product return, the return freight will be charged upon different situations.
- A Customer may return a defective product to TablerTV for repair or replacement within the warranty period, it is at TablerTV’s option to determine whether the product is defective. The Customer shall be responsible for the returning freight and TablerTV will return the freight to customer after product defect is confirmed.
Non-defective Product Return
- Products that are not defective may be returned to TablerTV within 30 days from the date of shipment. All non-defective product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fee determined by TablerTV.
- What is TablerTV?
- TablerTV is an innovative all-in-one device that magically turns your home display into a multi-touch screen. - How can I know whether my TV/Display is compatible with TablerTV?
- We have done elaborate research so you don’t have to. The following table listed all the compatible TV/Display models with our TablerTV Products. These models are chosen due to various advantages like low bezel avoiding parallax, thin bezel providing compact and sleek look, etc.
note:For Samsung TV/Display, the model names might contain suffix like “AR”, “AF, “RF”, ”AFXZA”, etc., which only represent manufacturing codes used by Samsung for shipping and tracking, and thus these character codes can be fully ignored.

- What OS does TablerTV support, How does it work?
- TablerTV is compatible with Windows 7/8, Mac OS, Ubuntu/Fedora, Android (iStick only). You may need TablerTV Frame + iStick /Your PC with Windows7/8 or Mac+ your TV/Display (the compatible models listed on our website, check https://store.tabler.tv/pages/compatible-tv-display-information for sure.
Preparation Before Use:
1. Mount TablerTV onto your TV/Display;
2. Connect TablerTV Frame's USB to iStick’s/PC’s /Mac‘s USB port through USB cable in TablerTV package (for touch input);
3. Connect iStick's /PC’s /Mac‘s HDMI to the HDMI port of your TV/Monitor (for video output);
4. Connect TablerTV with the power adapter for power supply;
5. If you use istick, please connect iStick with the power adapter (included in the iStick package);
6. iStick does not need TablerTV driver installation since it has special touch screen driver of TablerTV in its android kernel. For other OS, you can download TablerTV driver at
- What is reward point?
- Reward Point is a way of reward for customers’ shopping at TablerTV. It can be spent as money after you get it.
- How to get reward point?
- Customers will earn reward points when you shopping at TablerTV. But you have to register and log into your account before placing the order. Certain amount of reward points will be given into your account after successful shopping.
- How to use reward points when I checkout?
1. Log into your account 2. Add all the targeted items into shopping cart 3. Enter your shopping cart, you will see your available reward points, and you can choose the amount of reward points you want to spend. 1 reward point can be used as $1.
