Replacements and Refund

For replacement or refund, please contact our support team by contact@tabler.tv. Our support team will guide you through the replacement procedure. To request for refund, you need to provide our support team with following information:

  • · Your user name (if registered)
  • · Your order ID
  • · Quantity of items you want to refund

If the refund procedure is connected with product return, the return freight will be charged upon different situations.

  • · Defective Products

A Customer may return a defective product to TablerTV for repair or replacement within the warranty period, it is at TablerTV’s option to determine whether the product is defective. The Customer shall be responsible for the returning freight and TablerTV will return the freight  to customer after product defect is confirmed.

  • · Non-defective Product Return

Products that are not defective may be returned to TablerTV within 30 days from the date of shipment. All non-defective product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fee determined by TablerTV.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime for free before it's shipped out.
 To cancel an order, please contact our support team (contact@tabler.tv) and provide following information:
  • Your user name (if registered)
  • Your order ID
Our support team will help you thorough the process.
Order cancellation after shipments will be processed as a non-defective product return, which subjects to certain restocking free and additional cost may be applied upon situation.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible once you need to cancel your order.
